What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
Hazel Candle Co. uses a 100% natural soy wax blend sourced from American-grown soybeans. Our wax is biodegradable, vegan, and provides a cleaner, longer-lasting burn compared to traditional paraffin.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We want you to love your scent. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return unlit candles in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your fragrances safe and non-toxic?
Yes, all our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and adhere to strict RIFM and IFRA standards. We ensure our scents are safe for your home, family, and pets.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt completely across the top to the edges of the jar during the first burn. This 'memory' prevents tunneling and ensures you get the most out of your candle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We hope to expand our shipping zones to more international locations in the near future.
