At Hazel Candle Co., we want you to love your scent experience; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused and unlit products. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused candles in their original packaging with sufficient padding to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
